2. Products and prices

The essential characteristics, variations, and applicable prices are displayed on product pages and before order confirmation. Applicable delivery fees are indicated before final validation.

3. Ordering and payment

The customer can check the contents of their cart and correct their information before confirming their order. The order is recorded after payment validation by the payment service provider used.

4. Delivery

Applicable delivery times and fees are indicated at the time of ordering. They may vary depending on the destination, the carrier, and logistical circumstances.

5. Withdrawal

Where applicable, the consumer has a legal period of 14 days from receipt of the goods to exercise their right of withdrawal, subject to exceptions provided by law.

6. Returns and refunds

Return requests and the exercise of the right of withdrawal must be sent to slomelyluxe@gmail.com in accordance with the procedures indicated in our Returns and Refunds Policy.

7. Legal guarantees

Products are covered by the applicable legal guarantees, in particular the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, under the conditions provided by law.

For any complaints: slomelyluxe@gmail.com. Following a prior written complaint that remains unresolved, the consumer may, when the legal conditions are met, refer the matter to the consumer mediator under whose jurisdiction SLOMELY falls.
