Right of withdrawal

For contracts concluded at a distance with a consumer, a legal withdrawal period of 14 days generally applies from the date of receipt of the goods, subject to the exceptions provided for by law.

Exercising your right

To exercise your right, send a clear statement to slomelyluxe@gmail.com indicating your order number and your wish to withdraw.

After your request

We will provide you with the return procedures and instructions. The refund will be processed in accordance with the applicable legal rules.

You may use the following wording: "I hereby notify you of my withdrawal from the contract concerning order no. [number], received on [date]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date]. Signature: [signature if required]."
