Requesting a return

Before any return, please contact us at slomelyluxe@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request.

Right of withdrawal

For consumers and where the right of withdrawal applies, the legal period is 14 days from receipt of the goods, subject to legal exceptions.

Defective, damaged or non-conforming product

Please contact us as soon as possible after receipt, with your order number and, if necessary, photos of the product and its packaging. We will inform you of the applicable procedure.

Refunds

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, SLOMELY will refund the amounts due in accordance with applicable regulations, including initial standard delivery charges where applicable. The refund will be made no later than 14 days from the notification of withdrawal. However, SLOMELY may defer the refund until the product is recovered or until proof of shipment is received, whichever occurs first. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

Return shipping costs

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the direct costs of returning the product remain the responsibility of the customer, unless the law provides that they are to be borne by the seller or unless SLOMELY exceptionally agrees to cover them.

Return address

The return address and shipping instructions will be provided to you by our customer service team according to the applicable procedure. Do not return a package without prior instructions.
